After a two-year hiatus following the epidemic of Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism of the Sultanate of Oman has resumed its activities in India with an aim to start promotional strategies targeting the entire spectrum of tourism stakeholders like tours operators, media, and Indian consumers. The Ministry will oversee the development and promotion of tourism in the Sultanate under the direction of Salem bin Mohammed Al Mahrouqi, the new Minister for Tourism.
As part of its revival in India, Oman Tourism has appointed Buzz Travel Marketing India as its new Indian representative. In a press release, the tourism authority says that the alliance is expected to increase the destination’s reach in India.
