UK’s greatest sporting city, Manchester, became a household name in India during the Cricket World Cup earlier this year thanks to the India-Pakistan match. One of the most visited cities of the United Kingdom, Manchester offers a platter of culture, heritage, sports, luxury as well as a gastronomic feast to the tourists. Marketing Manchester, the destination’s marketing organisation, says it wants to build on the momentum of the world cup to attract more Indian tourists.
