Positioning itself as the best outdoor destination during all seasons in North America, Mono County in California is aiming for a big jump in tourists from India. Jeff Simpson, Economic Development Director, who visited India recently, tells India Outbound that India is set to rise from 12th biggest source market to the Top 5 or event Top 3 markets. Simpson adds that more direct flights & faster visas would help.
