Kempinski Hotels has seen a great rush of Indian visitors to its properties in Europe and Middle East in 2022 as travel picked up pace again. Amanda Elder, Chief Commercial Officer of Kempinski tells India Outbound that India currently accounts for 6 pc of its global business and that she is seeking to increase that share further. To attract more Indians, she says, Kempinski not only customises its cuisine and overall experience for Indian travellers, but also plans to increase its engagement with the Indian market.
