With over 60,000 Indian visitors travelling to South Africa in the first
eight months of the year, South African Tourism could easily triple its
numbers next year if the two major challenges namely lack of direct
air connectivity as well as visa processing were overcome, Patricia de
Lille, Minister of Tourism of South Africa tells India Outbound. De
Lille adds that she is striving hard to simplify the visa processing or
get a visa-free regime for Indian travellers arriving in South Africa.
