The Set Collection, a luxury hotel brand based in London, is set to debut its latest property Deos Mykonos on the eponymous Greek island.
In a press statement, the hotel group says that the luxury hotel has been designed by the Indian firm GM Architects with a focus on integrating the natural surroundings with contemporary Cycladic aesthetic. The statement adds that the hotel has been built with the expertise of the Daktylides family who established their hospitality portfolio, Myconian Collection, in 1979.
The resort is located on a hilltop above the town of Mykonos in Greece with panoramic views from the windmills in the old harbour, across the neighbouring islands of Delos, Syros, and Tinos, to the edge of the horizon.
The statement adds that the vibrant street life of Chora is a five-minute walk down the scenic steps to the harbour promenade. The interiors have been designed minimalistically, with natural textures and custom materials while the resort also features furnished outdoor spaces, pool, jacuzzi and many other signature experiences, according to the statement.
The hotel group adds that Deos Mykonos also has dedicated wellness spaces, with signature treatments including with locally sourced botanicals, and Epico restaurant that offers Greek cuisine.
With the addition of the newest property, the portfolio of the Set Collection now rises to 19 properties located in nine countries, says the hotel group.
