Luxury resort Roseate Hotels and Resorts has partnered with Paris-based hospitality Quicktext to utilise its artificial intelligence (AI) technology for its hotels based in the UK.
According to a press statement by the Roseate, this strategic partnership began with the introduction of Rose, the virtual assistant modelled specifically to reflect its signature service, including optimising guests’ interactions, communication at every touchpoint, boosting guest satisfaction, streamline operations and dedicated service.
The statement adds that the continuous analysis of big data, via Q-Data and Q-Channel, is delivering actionable insights to Roseate Hotels and Resorts for new high value services, revenue management and personalised marketing campaigns.
It adds that Quicktext also provides services to optimise sales and content, including Q-Sales, Q-SEO, Q-Dynamic.

The statement adds that Quicktext, the hospitality app, has impacted the world of hospitality marketing and operation with its innovative solutions based on Q-Brain+, the hybridisation of classic conversational AI and generative AI.
