Radisson Hotels has plans to set up a mixed-use property with a hotel and its first serviced apartments in Glasgow in the United Kingdom.

Hospitality firm Radisson Hotel Group has announced plans to debut its serviced apartment offering in the United Kingdom, with a new construction in city centre of Glasgow.

In a press statement, the company says that Radisson Hotel & Serviced Apartments Glasgow will feature a mixture of hotel rooms and extended stay apartments, as well as a ground floor destination restaurant, rooftop bar and lounge, a fitness centre and meeting space.

The property, under construction currently, is scheduled to open in 2027 on the site of a former warehouse building with some rooms and space benefitting from views of the River Clyde.

Radisson Hotel Group opened its first extended stay property in Western Europe in 2021, in Amsterdam and in 2023 followed it up with Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich, located in the Glattpark district of Opfikon, between the Swiss city’s airport and the Messe Zurich exhibition hall.
