US-based luxury hotel chain Radisson Hotel Group has announced the expansion of its footprint with the launch of its second Radisson Blu hotel on Naisoso Island in Fiji, a South Pacific archipelago.

In a press statement, Radisson says its new project is scheduled for Q1 2026 inauguration. Targetting luxury travellers, the new project is being developed as a premier resort for travellers seeking a tropical getaway. The 250-key resort will have immediate beachfront access from residences that look out over the South Pacific Ocean, with Naisoso Island as a backdrop.

Situated about five minutes from Nadi International Airport, Naisoso Island is connected to the mainland via a private gated bridge that the hotel says ensures privacy and seclusion for guests. The locational advantage offers proximity to various attractions, with Nadi township 15 minutes away, Namaka township nine minutes away and the popular Port Denarau 15-minutes through a water taxi ride.
