Accor has teamed up with Philippines-based Tytans Properties Development to launch Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel and Residences, which would be the world's largest Pullman property when it opens in 2028.

French hospitality group Accor has announced plans for setting up the world’s largest Pullman property at Cebu in the Philippines.

In a press statement, Accor says that the beachfront Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel and Residences will feature 200 guest rooms and 900 branded residences across three towers.

Accor says that its new property is due to open in 2028. ‘‘Guests and residents will enjoy state-of-the-art amenities and full-service facilities, including world-class restaurants, contemporary lounges, collaborative leisure zones and forward-thinking corporate spaces,” adds the statement.

In its statement, Accor adds that Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel and Residences will also feature Accor’s branded residential properties, supported by Accor One Living, the group’s industry-first, mixed-use platform focused on supporting the development and operation of branded residential communities.

It says that through Accor One Living, homeowners, guests, and partners are connected to Accor’s diverse ecosystem of brands, expertise, and solutions, fostering a continuous stream of new opportunities to live, work and play.

The statement adds that Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel and Residences is being developed by Tytans Properties Development.
