The hotel group says that the signings include Pullman Living Bangkok Sukhumvit 16 and Pullman Residences Bangkok Sukhumvit 16 in Thailand. The property comprises a 200-key hotel and 225 residential complex. Located in the prime area of Sukhumvit 16, it offers convenient access to Bangkok’s key districts such as Rama 4 Road, Ploenchit, Asok, and Thonglor.

The statement adds that situated near prominent landmarks including Benchakitti Park and Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, the property boasts an array of amenities including restaurants, bars, an executive club floor, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. With an anticipated opening in 2027, this project promises to redefine premium living and hospitality in Bangkok’s vibrant landscape, adds Accor.

The French firm is setting up another property in Thailand, Novotel Living Bangkok Don Muang that combines an 80-key hotel and 112-key serviced apartments, spread across 19 floors. Offering a range of amenities including restaurants, bars, an executive club floor, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre, this new development promises a harmonious experience that leaves guests feeling both refreshed and invigorated, says Accor.

Another property being set up by Accor is the Novotel Tangerang BSD City, nestled in the heart of Central Business District in Greater Jakarta, which offers proximity to key attractions such as the Indonesia Convention Exhibition BSD City, as well as shopping centres including AEON Mall and the Breeze.
