The list was curated after surveying 2.1 million employees in Asia and the Middle East about their experience in the workplace

Jazeera Airways bags the ‘Great Place To Work’ award in the 2023 Best Workplaces in Asia list, recognising employees’ overall work experience in a company.

Kuwaiti low-cost carrier Jazeera Airways has bagged the ‘Great Place To Work’ award in the 2023 Best Workplaces in Asia list, said to be the global authority on workplace culture that ranks companies based on work experience surveys by employees.

In a press statement, Jazeera Airways says that they were selected from amongst 200 nominees. The list was curated after surveying 2.1 million employees in Asia and the Middle East about their experience in the workplace.

Jazeera says that the ‘Great Place to Work’ recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values, and leadership. Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a workplace experience, where all employees are welcomed and celebrated no matter who they are or what they do.

Jazeera adds that it currently has 1,425 employees from 78 nationalities across its network of 64 destinations in the Middle East, Central and South Asia, Africa and Europe.

Leading low-cost carrier of Kuwait, Jazeera Airways has added yet another international destination, flying from Kuwait to Tehran in Iran. In a press statement, Jazeera Airways says that the flight will be operated twice a week and travellers from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi will benefit from this addition. The flight for Tehran will depart from Kuwait evert Friday and Sunday at 09:40, reaching Tehran at 11:45. The flight from Tehran to Kuwait will leave every Friday and Sunday at 12:45, reaching Kuwait at 13:50, says the airline. The statement adds that in addition to Tehran, Jazeera Airways also flies to the cities of Mashhad and Shiraz in Iran. With a network of 66 destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Central & South Asia and Africa, Jazeera also provides other convenient connections through Kuwait, it adds. This includes touristic destinations like Istanbul, Bodrum, Baku, Cairo and Sharm El Sheikh.
