Vietnam has seen a 24-fold rise in visas issued in India, growing from 250 to 6000 visas a day, making India the country with highest number of visas for Vietnam. To build on the momentum, tourism department of Vietnamese resort town of Da Nang held a trade roadshow in New Delhi recently. Pham Sanh Chau, Ambassador of Vietnam to India, tells India Outbound that the launch of direct flights from India to Vietnam could propel the growth in tourism further.
