Kenya has seen a sharp rise in tourism in 2022, with the emergence of new markets like Japan or Brazil, alongside traditional markets like Europe or India. Suzan M. Ongalo, CEO, Kenya Tourism Federation tells India Outbound that Kenya is looking to diversify its offer beyond safaris and beaches and moving towards more experiential travel. She adds that Kenya is also aggressively looking at MICE & is bidding to host large-scale global events.
