The French embassy in New Delhi celebrated “Befikre”, the first Bollywood film shot entirely in France. The movie stars Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor took part in the launch of the Spring-Summer 2017 couture collection of DIVA’NI, helmed by Sanya Dhir, who designed the costumes for the film. Directed and produced by Aditya Chopra, “Befikre” was supported by various French official and tourism bodies and shot in Paris, notably in the famous Lido cabaret and on the Bateaux Parisiens cruise, in Picardy and in Cannes, for almost 2 months. It employed 80 French technicians and generated nearly 6 million euros of spending. Now everyone expect a huge boost of outbound Indian tourism to France, once the movie is released worldwide on December 9.
