Cruise operator Royal Caribbean has announced its latest beach club in Mexico with the opening of Royal Beach Club Cozumel that will offer unique beach day experiences for its customers from 2026.

World’s largest cruise operator Royal Caribbean International has announced the launch of another beach club, in the popular Mexican beach resort town of Cozumel.

In a press statement the cruise operator says that the Royal Beach Club Cozumel will open to guests in 2026. It adds that the next ultimate beach day experience in the Royal Beach Club Collection will complement all that Cozumel has to offer with a combination of experiences for everyone, from striking beaches and pools to swim-up bars, a variety of dining spots like a restaurant, bar and lounge as well as a street market and hands-on experiences such as tequila tastings and cooking classes.

The announcement about the future location of the beach club along the western coast of the island was made by Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty and Royal Caribbean International President and CEO Michael Bayley along with Bernardo Cueto Riestra, Secretary of Tourism of Quintana Roo in Mexico, and Juanita Alonso, Mayor of Cozumel.

The expansion of our destination offerings aligns with the growing global demand for the ultimate vacation experiences and enables our guests to connect with the beauty of local cultures and people in the places they visit,” said Liberty.

Now is the perfect time to announce the next iteration of this collection with Royal Beach Club Cozumel. The statement adds that featuring striking beaches, views and pools for every vibe, Royal Beach Club Cozumel will welcome vacationers to their ultimate beach day in Mexico.
