Thailand is offering lucrative incentives to exhibition visitors from India. While the skies are not fully open and interacting with international business counterparts physically, is still a challenge, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), Exhibition Department has launched incentives even to promote virtual trade visitors to shows coming up in Thailand.

The TCEB Representative office in India has launched a novel incentive scheme that gives attractive incentives even for virtual attendance to trade shows. TCEB says that MICE agents may mobilise a virtual delegation of minimum 10 to maximum 250 attendees for any of the supported shows in Thailand. For virtual attendees, the incentive is USD 50 per visitor subject to three meeting during the show per visitor.

The incentives will range from USD 12,500 for virtual attendance and USD 25,000 for physical presence. TCEB says there are plenty of shows lined up in Thailand for the year 2022, ranging from food, automotive industry, machine tools, pharma, packaging and Retail. Qualifying parties may choose the show to promote to their respective business clients to form the virtual delegation.
