Qatar Airways Group has announced the renewal of its partnership with FIFA until 2030 as the Global Airline Partner of the global football regulator.

A year after the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Qatar Airways has renewed its partnership with FIFA until 2030 as the Global Airline Partner.

In a press statement, Qatar Airways Group says that the agreement will cover significant FIFA tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup 26, FIFA Women’s World Cup 27, and the FIFA World Cup 30, as well as all youth men’s and women’s tournaments, commencing with the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia.

According to the statement, Qatar Airways’ renewed partnership will continue to play a vital role in the development of football worldwide.

The statement adds that Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Badr Mohammed Al-Meer joined FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, for the signing ceremony on the one-year anniversary of the FIFA World Cup Qatar. The extended partnership was announced at the Hamad International Airport, against the backdrop of the airline’s Boeing 787-8 as well as the Airbus A350-900.
