Malaysia Airlines, the national carrier of Malaysia, celebrated achievements of its best performing agents during the Agents Award Night held on Thursday.
In a press statement, the airline says that the event underscored the airline’s commitment to acknowledging and honouring the pivotal role played by its agents in contributing to the company’s sustained success. A total of 20 awards were presented to commendable agents, recognising their exemplary contributions across various categories, adds the statement.
The evening commenced with a poignant and inspiring address by Group Managing Director of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) Captain Izham Ismail who conveyed his sincerest appreciation to the agents who contributed to the growth of the airline and highlighted its steadfast commitment to continue providing exceptional warmth through the lens of Malaysian hospitality.
“We are grateful for the opportunities that have been given to serve various regions and connect with the diverse population of India, and convey our sincerest appreciation to all those involved in this journey as we expand our reach.
