Taiwan’s strategy to attract more Indian tourists

Taiwan has been successfully investing to boost the number of Indians visiting the island, which has increased steadily in the last three years, on average by more than 10 pc a year. For Indians, Taiwan remains the destination with lot of attractions including cuisine, rich culture, buzzing markets and more in luxury and leisure travel. But, Taiwan Tourism has come up with new ideas to ease travel, notably through issuance of e-visas and by developing the MICE segment offering. During a professional workshop in New Delhi, Media India Group interviewed Arthur Hsieh, Director, Taiwan Tourism Bureau, Singapore Branch.
