The Sri Lanka Convention Bureau recently organised the inaugural edition of Jaffna MICE Expo focused on developing tourist traffic from South India to Jaffna and its vicinity in Northern Province of Sri Lanka. With over 40 Indian travel trade professionals from South India attending, SLCB says the Expo was a big success and both Sri Lankans and Indians agree that Jaffna does hold significant potential to attract Indian visitors.
