Staging a comeback after pandemic, Jamaica’s key travel show, JAPEX2023, got off to a flying start with over 110 international buyer companies turning up at Montego Bay recently. Donovan White, Director of Tourism, Jamaica Tourist Board, tells India Outbound, that his main tasks include re-establishing JAPEX as a key event on global travel calendar and to develop new markets, notably India. White adds that Jamaica has lined up a series of activities to engage intensively with Indian travel trade and to boost air connectivity between the two countries.
