Over the past 10 years, WTM Africa, a leading travel trade show organised in Cape Town in South Africa, has seen a 900 pc growth in attendees and the number has risen by 53 pc in 2024 as compared to 2023, Carol Weaving, Managing Director of RX Africa tells India Outbound. Weaving adds that by improving intra-African connectivity and by easing visa norms, African tourism can grow significantly bigger.
