The Philippines Tourism Board will mount a major roadshow across four major cities in India from Monday, to showcase the pristine landscapes, diverse cultures and a rich heritage of the Philippines to the Indian travel trade.
The roadshow will start in New Delhi on August 7 and continue through Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai up to August 11. According to a press statement, the roadshow aims to forge a deeper connection between the Philippines and India, fostering an understanding of the Philippines’ rich heritage, pristine landscapes and warm hospitality.
The statement adds that during the roadshow, Indian travel trade partners will be able to engage with prominent Philippine tourism stakeholders, including hotels, tour operators, airlines, and representatives from the Department of Tourism. It adds that the roadshow aims to provide information about the plethora of travel experiences the Philippines has to offer, from its stunning tropical islands, lush rainforests, and crystal-clear waters to its vibrant festivals, historical landmarks, and fascinating local traditions.
The roadshow will create a perfect platform for Indian travel professionals to strengthen existing relationships and establish new business partnerships with their Philippine counterparts. Attendees can also expect to gain valuable information about the latest tourism developments, upcoming events, and exclusive promotions that will make exploring the Philippines an unforgettable experience for the Indian travellers, says the statement.
