THRS has increased the size of its team by bringing on 5 new employees from cities such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru

Travel representation firm THRS has expanded its client portfolio with addition of several clients in the domains of luxury hospitality as well as destinations in Asia. The company has also made several appointments in senior positions.

Travel and Hospitality Representation Services (THRS), a leading representation company for luxury hospitality and tourism brands, has added several brands such as The Set Collection, The Sukhothai Bangkok, Trisara Phuket, Amaya and Tourism Council of Bhutan to its client portfolio. According to a press statement by THRS, it will represent these organisations in a variety of servicing responsibilities for the Indian subcontinent, including sales, marketing, and public relations.

THRS says that in order to achieve high-impact results across the Indian subcontinent, it has also increased the size of its team by bringing on 5 new employees from cities such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The company has strategically fortified the team’s strength and servicing capacity with their domain expertise spanning sales, public relations, digital marketing, business analytics, and destination management. They also aim to increase business proficiency through a wider range of consulting work done for brands in the luxury hospitality and tourism segments.

THRS says that Richa Bajaj has been appointed as the Regional Director of Sales, South India and has a prolific experience of 15 years in heading sales for outbound and domestic travel in the luxury market. In her previous roles, she has led key sales efforts in India for a number of luxury resorts located in Maldives. In her new role with THRS, she will be implementing innovative strategies to boost sales for key clients and develop strategies to meet business goals.

Ashwini Mali

The statement added that Karl Boga has been named as the Account Director of Destination Management. He is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with 18 years of experience. His diverse background includes serving marketing for aspirational destinations and tourism brands like Spain, Kenya, Jamaica, Monaco, Mauritius, Oman, Qatar and Azerbaijan.

THRS says that Ratul Ghosh joins the central sales team as Director of Global Sales for west & south India. With 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in areas like Investment Banking, IOT, International Trade & Investment holding key positions such as India Representative for Tourism Western Australia.

Lipika Sharma

The press statement adds that Ashwini Mali, who is an experienced revenue management specialist, has been named as the Business Analytics Manager. Having worked with luxury hospitality brands across India, she comes with nine years of experience in this field and joins THRS, where she will be working on setting up processes for operations, optimising planning through data-based decision making, and identifying new business growth directions through actionable insights.

Satvik Pandey

It says that Lipika Sharma has been appointed as the Manager of Communications and New Media. She is an integrated communications specialist with more than eight years of experience. She will be managing key PR accounts at THRS and will be leading new media initiatives to amplify the company’s proficiencies.

The statement concludes that as Lead of Digital Strategy at THRS, Satvik Pandey will work towards enhancing and elevating the organisation’s digital practice and developing the company’s capabilities to succeed in the digital landscape.
