Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea launches consumer campaign ‘See Beyond’

Saudi Arabia’s ambitious tourism development project, The Red Sea, has launched its first advertising campaign inviting agents to register for access to Juniper, its own destination management company (DMC) booking platform.

As it prepares to receive its first guests, the Red Sea, one of the largest luxury and sustainable tourism development projects, in Saudi Arabia, has launched its first agent registration campaign for access to Juniper, its own DMC booking platform.

According to a press statement, the consumer facing digital campaign will be live in the destination’s key priority markets domestically and regionally in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), as well as internationally, in India, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.

It says that consumers will be able to engage with the creative content across key social media channels including TikTok and Instagram, as well as search engine drivers such as Google.

The statement adds that agents and partners will be able to access a variety of tools through the dedicated trade portal including booking access, sample itineraries with information on guest experiences, destination fact sheets and engaging photography and videos capturing the destination’s attractions.

The statement adds that the Red Sea will be fully powered by renewable energy on completion and committed to the environment. It adds that the first guests will arrive this October with the debut of hotels such as Six Senses Southern Dunes, the Red Sea, closely followed by the St Regis Red Sea Resort. Saudi Arabia’s national carrier, Saudia, has been operating regular flights between King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and the new Red Sea International Airport at the destination since mid-September.
