OTOAI says that while its President Riaz Munshi has been re-elected for a new term, his new team is also all set to take charge

After elections for the governing body of OTOAI, a new team has taken charge of the organisation of the outbound tour operators. Riaz Munshi has been re-elected President of the OTOAI.

Fresh elections have been held for the executive committee of the Outbound Tour Operators Association of India (OTOAI) for the term 2022-2024. In a press statement, OTOAI, which regroups tour operators in India that are focused on outbound tourism, says that while its President Riaz Munshi has been re-elected for a new term, his new team is also all set to take charge. The new term would begin on December 1 and go on until November 30, 2024.

The persons elected to other key positions include Shravan Bhalla of Highflyer has been elected as the Vice-President, Sidharth Khanna of Khanna Enterprise sis the new General Secretary. Monia Kapoor of Travel O Holidays has been elected as the Joint Secretary and Gurdeep Singh Gujral of Gujral Tours and Travels is the Treasurer for the term 2022 – 2024.

The press statement adds that Sanjay Datta of Airborne Holiday, was the Election Officer for the OTOAI elections. The statement adds that  the EC has retained its previous five members. These include Himanshu Patil of Kesari Tours, Ankush Nijhawan of Travel Boutique Online, Adl Abdul Karim of Creative Tours & Travels, Arshdeep Anand of Hma Spectrum and Mahendra Vakharia of Pathfinders Holidays. Rohit Shorey of Destination Travel Service has also been elected to the EC to complete the team for the term 2022-2024, adds the statement.

Nominated EC members include Romit Theophilus, India Director of GNTO & Rohit Chopra and Randhir Gupta of Accor Hotels.
