In order to enhance the ease of getting Malaysian visa for Indian visitors, the Malaysian government has set up three physical centres in the key cities of New Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. According to a press statement, with various websites falsely claiming to be authorised visa providers for Malaysian visas, the government decided to set up the offline centres.

To operate the centres, the Malaysian government has awarded a joint venture of Malaysian firm, Temenggong Holdings, and Indian company, Raizing Global. According to the press statement, the joint venture company has begun accepting applications for visas, both offline and online through its official website.

The Delhi centre was launched by Deputy High Commissioner of Malaysia in India Amizal Fadzli Rajali. The press statement adds that the centres are well-equipped with state-of- the-art facilities for customer comfort, safety, and data security.

“We are honoured to partner with the Temenggong Holdings, owned by the Royals of Malaysia, chaired by Datin Seri Utama Puan Sri Dato Seri Tok Puan Hajah Noor Suzanna Abdullah and are looking forward for a fruitful partnership. Furthermore, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for each and every one of our applicants, in line with the superior service our group has maintained globally,’’ says Bharat S Rai, MD of Raizing Global.

“As Malaysia continues to grow and increase its bilateral trade with India, our official visa application centres, operated by Raizing Global, are sure to offer a growing number of applicants a more efficient and convenient visa process,” says Noor Suzanna Abdullah, Chairman of  Temenggong Holdings.
