Four Seasons, in collaboration with Azure Resorts & Hotels and Luxus Developments, announced the inauguration of brand-new standalone residential development with 171 high-rise homes in Las Vegas by 2026.

Luxury hospitality brand Four Seasons, in partnership with Azure Resorts & Hotels and Luxus Developments, is set to welcome residents to a brand-new standalone residential development, Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas, in 2026. In a press statement, Four Seasons says that the new project will comprise of 171 high-rise homes with panoramic views, six family-style villas, resort-inspired amenities.

The statement says that the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas will be built in the MacDonald Highlands community, a private 44,515 square meters property in Henderson, Nevada and minutes from the world-class entertainment, fine dining and upscale shopping of Las Vegas.
