What is the service offered by your company? How does it work?
We are an online visa application platform. We have built a platform that gives our customers updated visa information for all countries, we have also provided them with an online application platform that makes it easier for them to apply for any visa, be it business or tourist.
How does your company’s service integrate with a visa outsource firm like VFS or BLS?
Our team works very closely with them to keep ourselves updated on all the recent developments and we are also working on integrating directly with them via API so that we can make it faster for our customers to apply online on our platform.
Are there different levels of service provided? What are the key price points?
We have two models:
- Apply online for any visa, by filling a simple form of INR 500 – 1000.
- Visapro is our Premium Service aimed at customers who don’t wish to spend too much time on their visa application. Our visa experts will help them with the complete application process, costing about INR 1000 – 2500.
Does using your service improve the success rate for visas? Can you share some data, if that’s the case?
Our brand purpose says it all. For those the world should open up to that’s the key for us. One platform to get updated visa information for all countries so you never miss anything and save time. The system we build using the best of the industry experts understands that every single visa application and applicant is unique and our system has the capability to, based on the traveller profile, guide them through the entire application process. The system will auto suggest the supporting documents that you will need to suggest for a successful visa application. Each and every form, even for the customers who used the online module, will also be carefully verified by our visa experts before it is submitted. For a USA visa, we even help prepare our guests for the interview.
Who is your customer? Individual traveller or a travel agent?
Everyone who is currently struggling for visa related information or looking for an expert to help them with their entire visa application process. We have seen a very good response from smaller travel agents who can now serve their guests for any of their visa queries.
How do you reach out to them?
We have activated our social media handles and we are now planning some campaigns this month.
Since when have your operations begun? How has the growth been?
We launched our online platform in August this year. We are the official visa service provider for Cordelia and that has given us a huge boost.
What is the potential size of the market and how has it grown in 2023?
We are looking at around 4-5 million travellers who would need such visa experts in the next year alone.
Who is your key competitor and how do you compete with them?
There are a few online visa operators which have launched in the last one or two years and I think the market is huge and the void of a good visa service provider is huge enough for all of us.
