Bright prospects for destination Jamaica in India

With the objective to develop the Indian market, Jamaica Tourism Board invited Indian travel trade and media for the first time ever to JAPEX, the key B2B tourism event in the Caribbean country. At JAPEX, Jamaica’s Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett said that India was definitely one of the key target markets for Jamaica and that he expects to visit India later this year to activate the market. Members of the Indian travel trade who participated in JAPEX found the event to be extremely productive and say they were amazed by the destination and its various attractions that would definitely interest Indian tourists.
