Avani Alonso Martnez Madrid Hotel will mark Avani’s entry into the Spanish market
Thailand-based Minor Hotels has announced plans to develop seven new properties under its Avani Hotels & Resorts, in Europe and Latin America, by mid-2024, as part of a strategic expansion of the brand.
In a press statement, Minor Hotels says that in June, the newly rebranded Avani Alonso Martnez Madrid Hotel will mark Avani’s entry into the Spanish market. Avani Palazzo Moscova Milan Hotel, which will debut the brand in Italy in June as well, will be followed by Avani Rio Novo Venice Hotel in the summer. Avani will make its debut in Germany later this year, while the Netherlands will welcome the brand in 2024.
Avani will also be launched by Minor Hotels in Latin America, where two new locations in Mexico and Colombia are expected to open later this year, adds the hotel.
