Renowned French chef Arnaud Faye has been appointed as the Executive Chef of iconic French luxury hotel Le Bristol Paris.
In a press statement, the hotel says that Faye, who was honoured as a Meilleur Ouvrier de France or the Best Craftsman in France, specialises in classics garnished with a touch of modernity.
The statement adds that the Le Bristol’s entire culinary spectrum will be reflecting these flavours, including its two Michelin-starred restaurants, Epicure and 114 Faubourg, as well as Café Antonia, Banquets and Room Service.
The statement adds that Executive Chef will lead a team of 200, including with 100 people in the kitchen alone.
“I am proud to be joining one of the most prestigious palace hotels in the world and to become the torchbearer of its legendary French gastronomic tradition. Continuing the work of Chef Eric Frechon is an immense honour, and bringing my own style to Le Bristol’s kitchens is the most thrilling challenge,” says Faye.
The statement adds that Faye was earlier the Chef of L’Espadon at the Ritz Paris, earning the restaurant two Michelin stars. He also won two stars for L’Auberge du Jeu de Paume in Chantilly and the Château de la Chèvre d’Or in Èze.
