Dublin-based Kerten Hospitality has set its eyes on the Middle East market with The House Residence now coming to Oxagon in Neom, one of the most ambitious tourism development projects currently underway in Saudi Arabia.

Hospitality investment firm Kerten Hospitality is set to debut in the Middle East with its The House Residence brand in Oxagon development, a part of the mega Neom project in Saudi Arabia.

In a press statement, the Dublin-based Kerten Hospitality says that located within Oxagon’s first residential community, the upscale brand with 200-key serviced apartments is set to be open for guests in 2025.

It also launched an initiative called ‘The Collective by Kerten Hospitality’ earlier this year to unify all of the group’s current projects in Saudi Arabia under one umbrella. The statement adds that the combined value of the projects within The Collective by Kerten Hospitality is projected to surpass USD 399 million in 2023.
