Bangkok-based Cross Hotels and Resorts has launched its India Sales Mission 2024 with roadshows in several Indian cities from March 11 to 15, with the goal of tapping into the growing Indian outbound market.

In a press statement, the hotel says that a senior delegation of seven people is participating in the roadshow to indulge in business-to-business meetings with Indian travel agents, while showcasing the various hotels under the Cross Hotels and Resorts portfolio.

Conducted across four cities in five days, the roadshows aim to attract record-breaking footfalls from India to the varied properties of Cross Hotels and Resorts this year. “India is currently one of the fastest-growing outbound travel markets, outpacing Asia, and many countries around the world,” says the statement.

The statement adds that the roadshow, which began in Delhi on Monday, involves one-on-one meetings followed by a networking dinner. The delegation will move on to Mumbai on March 13, Ahmedabad on March 14 and will finally conclude the meetings in Kolkata on March 15.

“As the country is the most dynamic market in the Asia Pacific region with lakhs of people making overseas trips every year, it has become a key source market for Indonesia, Thailand, and the Southeast Asian region. It is among the top focus markets for Cross Hotels and Resorts,” the statement adds.
