With holiday season fast approaching, a number of festivals and fairs are set to begin shortly. One of the most notable events is set to make a debut at Devon in Philadelphia in the United States, in the shape of Yuletide at Devon 2023, a Christmas Market with a difference.

With Christmas round the corner, a number of Christmas Markets are set to spring up in various parts of the world, notably in Europe. Devon in Philadelphia, United States, will see the grand debut of Yuletide at Devon from November 24 to December 31, at the historic Devon Horse Show and Country Fairgrounds in Devon, Pennsylvania.

According to a press statement, this enchanting winter festival blends the essence of a traditional European Christmas market with the thrill of a top-tier music festival and gourmet farm-to-table food experience. The statement adds that the highlights of Yuletide at Devon include various activities like music festivals and culinary extravaganzas.

From chart-topping artists to local sensations, Yuletide at Devon promises an unforgettable musical journey. The opening weekend will feature international acts Jamie Miller and Smith & Thell. The star-studded line-up for subsequent weekends includes national touring artists like Fly By Midnight, Young Rising Sons, Dan Bremnes, Sanctus Real, Josh Wilson, The Afters, Anthem Lights, Caleb & Kelsey, Clayton Mullen, Adam Doleac, and a New Year’s Eve special performance with country superstar Chris Lane, says the statement.

For the benefit of foodies, an extensive spread will be prepared by a team of experts, led by Chef Chris Nguyen of Philadelphia catering group Strothers, to allow them to treat their taste buds with farm-to-table culinary delights paired with craft cocktails that help embody the spirit of the season.

Another highlight allows visitors to immerse themselves in a magical world adorned with over 4 million LED lights, creating an ethereal ambiance perfect for a winter evening out.  A unique activity invites participants to wander through a mesmerising forest featuring over 900 real and artificial Christmas trees that will transport them to the steps of Santa’s Ski Chalet where guests can enjoy free photos with Santa himself!

No traditional fair is ever complete without some thrilling rides and Yuletide at Devon promises quite a few, from the majestic Ferris wheel to the classic carousel and the thrilling Himalaya, guests can experience endless amusement rides that resonate with the joy of the season.

And since festivities go hand in hand with shopping, the fair comes with selection of 35 world class retail shops from stocking stuffers and vintage ornaments to custom embroidered leather goods.
