“It is our honour to be working with Uzbekistan Airways in India. Uzbekistan has enormous tourism potential in the Indian market due to its eased visa policy with minimum documentation for Indian travellers, beautiful nature, fascinating art and architecture, and short-duration flights combined with rising direct flight connectivity options to Uzbekistan,” says Prashant Chaudhary, Managing Director, Salvia Group of Companies.

The statement adds that Uzbekistan Airways is one of the fastest-growing airlines in the CIS Countries and has aggressive plans to connect India and Uzbekistan through its hub in Tashkent, in Uzbekistan.

It says that the airline has good connections and fares for various destinations like Russia, London, Milan, Paris, Frankfurt and Tel-Aviv for the Indian travellers.

“April onwards, Uzbekistan Airways is all set to start direct flights from Mumbai to Tashkent, adding to the already existing Delhi-Tashkent sector of Uzbekistan Airways. We look forward to working along side Uzbekistan Airways and increase the air-traffic between both our nations,” Chaudhary adds.
