Centrum Air commences direct flights from Tashkent to Hyderabad
Twice-weekly service to strengthen connectivity between southern India and Central Asia
Centrum Air, a private hybrid airline based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, has launched twice-weekly direct flights between Tashkent and Hyderabad, with the inaugural service operating on September 28.
Doubling its footprint in India after its services from Tashkent to Delhi, Centrum Air, an Uzbek carrier, has commenced twice-weekly direct passenger service between Tashkent and Hyderabad, strengthening air connectivity between India and Uzbekistan.
The inaugural flight operated on September 28, marking the airline’s second gateway in India after New Delhi.

In a press statement, Centrum air says that the launch ceremony was held at Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) in association with GMR, customs authorities, senior airport officials and travel trade stakeholders. According to the airline, the flight C6 551 departs Tashkent at 21:00 on Mondays, arriving in Hyderabad at 02:20 the following day, while the Thursday service departs at 21:30 and arrives in Hyderabad at 02:20 the next day. On the return leg, flight C6 552 departs from Hyderabad at 03:35 and arrives in Tashkent at 07:45 every Tuesday and Friday.

The airline also operates five weekly flights between New Delhi and Tashkent, further expanding direct connectivity between India and Uzbekistan.
