Azerbaijan Airlines, the national carrier of the central Asian nation, has joined hands with a private partner to launch flights on Baku-New Delhi-Baku route. The first flight will depart from New Delhi on August 10.

Azerbaijan Airlines has begun selling tickets for flights from New Delhi to Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku. The first flight will depart from New Delhi on August 10. The airline says that the flights will operate twice a week, with flights from Baku departing on Tuesdays and Fridays and from New Delhi, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The cost of the ticket includes a full menu of cold and hot meals as well as free baggage allowance (up to 32 kg in business class and 23 kg in economy class).
