Due to airport closures as well as quarantine & other restrictions related to Covid-19, the year 2022 has not been a great one for Korea Tourism Organisation in India. However, director of KTO India Young Geul Choi tells India Outbound that he is banking on high value leisure travellers as well as millennials to drive a strong revival of traffic from India to Korea in 2023. He adds that he also expects air connectivity to improve dramatically in time for next season starting in June 2023.
