Interview with Talgat Amanbayev, Chairman, Kazakh Tourism National Company

With a visa free access and better air connectivity, Kazakhstan is looking forward to a boom in number of Indian travellers in 2023. Talgat Amanbayev, Chairman of Kazakhstan Tourism Board tells India Outbound that while Kazakhstan is already receiving some tourists in leisure, MICE and destination weddings, he is looking at developing the destination as a location for shooting of Indian films as well. With an eye on boosting tourist numbers, Kazakhstan Tourism will hold four major events in India in 2023, Amanbayev adds.
