Indian market for Western Australia has already crossed the pre-pandemic levels & the destination is looking at very strong growth this year, says Roger Cook, Deputy Premier & Tourism Minister of Western Australia. Cook tells India Outbound that currently 20 pc of Indian visitors are seeking adventure and nature and he wants to aggressively expand this segment. He adds that though with 21 weekly flights through Singapore, India is well-connected with Western Australia, the region is keen to invite Indian carriers to start flying to the largest state in Australia.
