Nepal has already recovered up to 70 pc of tourist arrivals of 2019 and the country is well set to recover to pre-pandemic situation within a few months, says Dhananjay Regmi, CEO of Nepal Tourism Board. Regmi adds that Nepal will continue to focus on its traditional market of India as well as Bangladesh, but also develop the Middle East market further and with the opening of airport at Lumbini, it will also target the Buddhist spiritual market from Asia, he says.
