Oman has seen a huge spike in number of Indian tourists this year, making India the second largest source market for the country. To capitalise on the momentum, Asma Al Hajri deputy director general of Ministry of Heritage and Tourism of Oman is currently leading a multi-city roadshow in India. Al-Hajri tells India Outbound that Oman is an experiential destination and she is looking at quality rather than quantity, in terms of tourist arrivals.
