With a 17 pc growth in visitor numbers in 2023, India is now the third largest international market for Philadelphia and also its fastest growing one, Svetlana Yazovskikh, Vice President of Global Tourism at Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, tells India Outbound. Adding that Philadelphia is also among the top 10 destinations in the US for Indian travellers, Yazovskikh says that there are several new attractions and events lined up in the city to keep visitors enthralled, be it in history, science, arts or gastronomy.
