Yatra, said to be India’s largest corporate travel services provider and a leading online travel company, has inaugurated its first franchise store in Bengaluru with the objective of adding personalised service to its online travel booking features.

In a press statement, Yatra says that the store situated in Bengaluru’s vibrant Jayanagar locality marks Yatra’s debut in the southern state, combining the convenience of online travel with personalised service, catering to the city’s dynamic mix of business and leisure travellers.

The statement adds that as travel continues to evolve in a post-pandemic world, Yatra is tapping into a growing trend of travellers seeking both digital ease and human interaction. Yatra says that b y blending digital ease with face-to-face expertise, its store will cater to Bengaluru’s diverse travellers, from busy professionals to tech enthusiasts and families to walk in, discuss their plans, and receive expert guidance for all their travel needs, from flight bookings to bespoke holiday packages.
