World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) has announced the lineup of speakers for its upcoming 24th Global Summit that will be hosted by Tourism Western Australia and held in Perth.

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) has announced the latest round of high-profile speakers for the upcoming Global Summit, featuring top leaders from the world’s leading travel and tourism businesses.

In a press statement, WTTC says that hosted by Tourism Western Australia (TWA), the event will take place in Perth (Boorloo), Western Australia, from October 8-10.

The statement adds that the under the theme Ancient Land: New Perspectives, the Global Summit will spotlight Australia’s rich cultural heritage and natural wonders, emphasising innovation and sustainable growth.

Industry trailblazers and international government officials from across the globe will converge in Perth to drive forward efforts for a safer, more resilient, inclusive and sustainable future in travel and tourism.

WTTC says that top business leaders set to speak include Greg O’Hara, Founder & Senior Managing Director Certares and WTTC Chair, Matt Goldberg, CEO, TripAdvisor, Audrey Hendley, President, American Express Travel, Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO, Diriyah Company, Hiroyuki Takahashi, Chair of the Board, JTB Corp and James Thornton, CEO, Intrepid Travel, among many others.

It says that adding star power, renowned wildlife conservationist and TV presenter Robert Irwin will also take the stage. Known for his dedication to wildlife conservation and inspiring positive change, Irwin follows in the footsteps of his father, Steve Irwin.
