With an eye on maintaining its high quality standards, leading Destination Management Company in Sri Lanka, Walkers Tours, recently conducted a quality upgrade training for its chauffeurs.

Walkers Tours, a leading and the oldest Destination Management Company (DMC) from Sri Lanka recently conducted quality upgrade training for chauffeurs. According to a press statement, the training, was held with the aim of maintaining top notch quality standards to boost tourism. About 35 chauffeurs participated in the First Aid Training at JKH auditorium as well.

Walkers Tours has been the leader in the Sri Lankan tourism industry for over 50 years, organising Sri Lanka tours for couples on holiday or honeymoon, for individual adventurers and nature lovers, as well as for special interest and incentives to holiday groups and convention delegates, says a statement by the company.

The statement adds that last week, Walkers had also organised a chauffeur cricket tournament for the first time in Sri Lanka’s travel industry to motivate chauffeurs.
