VFS Global, a leading outsourcing and technology service specialist for governments and diplomatic mission worldwide, has announced that it has been appointed to deliver Moldova visas in India.

In a press statement, the visa services firm states that it is now accepting visa applications for Moldova at its New Delhi centre and will commence operations in Jalandhar, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Kochi from December 23.

The move aims to simplify the visa process for applicants in India who previously could only apply through the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in New Delhi.

The statement adds that applicants can use submission centres and walk-in services to submit applications and pay fees, and can expect a decision within 10 working days. Visa types offered for Moldova include short-term, transit, airport transit, and long-term visas for various travel purposes.
