The India Chapter of SITE, a business events association dedicated exclusively to the incentive travel industry, recently organised SITE India Incentive Summit 2024 that discussed the opportunities and challenges for the sector.

A large participation and insightful business sessions were some of the highlights of the SITE India Incentive Summit 2024, organised by the India Chapter of Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), a global association of incentive travel industry professionals.

According to a press statement by the organisers, the event, held recently in Delhi, brought together top professionals from the incentive travel industry for insightful sessions, dynamic discussions and networking opportunities.

They say that the summit’s agenda was designed to address the most current trends and challenges facing the incentive travel sector.

One of the highlights of the meeting was a session, How to Use AI in Your Incentive Travel Business, that was led by Nitin Sachdeva, President Elect of SITE Global. The session explored innovative ways AI can transform the incentive travel landscape, offering practical insights for businesses to stay ahead.

Another key discussion was Incentive Travel Trends Powered by SITE Foundation where Padraic Gilligan, CMO of SITE Global, provided a deep dive into the latest industry trends, supported by data-driven insights from the SITE Foundation, offering attendees a comprehensive outlook on the future of incentive travel.

A fireside chat with corporate and agency buyers was moderated by Kiran Bhandari, SITE Board Member and the session featured candid insights from industry leaders Neena Kaul on corporate and Atul Chabra, Director at Enthuse Answers on agency, who shared their perspectives on the evolving needs of incentive travel.

Another session was Making India a Strong Incentive Travel Destination, which was moderated by Nitin Sachdeva and where Rajeev Kohli, Past President of SITE Global and Naveen Rizvi, Vice President of SITE India, discussed strategies to bolster India’s position as a leading incentive travel destination.

The organisers say that the summit concluded with a networking session, which was also attended by several non-members.
